WITNESS REPORT - I was driving back home from a long night of UBER DRIVING in Los Angeles, CA. On the why up by Acton I noticed the bright light not typically something I would see, as I pulled in to Lancaster ca off ave M and 20th St E.

I noticed that it began to twinkle and not move. Few minutes into recording it it started to fade away then fade back the fade away, I panicked and jumped out my car only to find that it had returned. After zooming in I started to notice more smaller flashing lights, I really thought they were and are plains but as you study the video closely you'll see over 20 blinking light around the mother ship.

This video was taken at around 4:15 to 4:50 pm on the morning of December 12th 2015. The sky's were spotted cloudy but clear.
